

About the Role
- Searching vacant, distressed (including any other motive to sell) property list for owners who need and want to sell
-Reverse searching for seller contact information
-Perform a property title search
-Work with team to create marketing strategies
-Build relationships with Realtors and investors
-Place bandit signs and other marketing materials in the project zones
-Managing prospecting, generating, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting
-Initiates and participates in new business pitches
-Achieve sales lead generation and appointment goals
-Measure the progress of marketing campaigns
-Survey properties, develop pre-estimate, pre-appraisal/CMA, and scope of work
-Build and manage the Wholesale Buyers List
-Market properties to a buyers list
-Securing leads by running aggressive social media and other marketing vehicles for campaigns
Requirements
A self-starter who knows how to kick off a campaign
