- During the Discovery Call, our GLAM DESIGNERS uses your 15-minutes to answer questions, schedules a time for a home visit, and, customizes the plan to your project.

2. Your Property Visit

- A GLAM Designer and a Renovation's Manager visits your property we survey to determine the pre-scope of work and soft budget for your project.

3. Design Concept

- The GLAM Manager, the GLAM Designers, and the Renovation Manager come up with the Design Concept that fits the project's budget.

4. Team Development

- Based on your Scope of Work we select a team to best fit the Design Concept

5. Renovation in Kansas City 

- Once the Design Concept is solid and the team has been selected the GLAM Manager, GLAM Designer, and Renovation's Manager is responsible for managing your project's time, budget, and quality.

6. Staging in Kansas City

- The phase is staging the property. We provide everything from the staging plan to the setting up.
